Brought our new momma and kitten to see Dr. McIntyre on our neighbor's referral. The entire experience was amazing. The care we received from the vet tech and the doctor was all very caring, filled with useful information for the care of our beautiful girls. We had a 1 hr appointment, but the tech and doc spent over 2hrs making sure all our questions were answered and our babies received all the care they needed. Momma and baby were so calm, momma let baby nurse at the vet office! I can't recommend Polo Springs Veterinary any higher.

I took my cat here as a follow up to an ER visit, and to establish vet care. My first thought on walking in was how nice it looked. It’s clean, open (with lots of room, not cramped), and very nicely remodeled.
The techs made sure a detailed history of my cat was taken and when the vet came in, things were going great. I’ve never ever seen my cat as calm in the hands of a medical professional as she was in the hands of the staff there. She’s normally very skittish but everything about that place did its part to calm her down.
I was also beyond (pleasantly) surprised that it didn’t seem like they pushed extras on us. She was there for a follow up and vaccines and that’s what she got. They were so helpful with everything we needed in terms of home care.
I have another cat who I will definitely be transitioning to Polo Springs since his previous vet never had openings, and while nice, just didn’t have the extra level of helpfulness Polo Springs does. (Literally. One day I bothered them on the phone with multiple calls and they were so nice and helpful each time.)
